I just wanted to take a few minutes and share with you how VERY grateful I am for your kind, very knowledgeable care while handling and doing Daisy's nail trim yesterday. It took THREE assistants at the Uptown Veterinary Hospital here in Gig Harbor, every time I took her to get her nails trimmed. And, they just clipped and didn't smooth afterwards. Daisy is so big, weighing in at about 127lbs. She's also quite excitable and tends to be somewhat anxious. I worried that the assistants might have their hands full and not clip carefully enough.

I felt secure and confident that Daisy would be comfortable with you because, whenever I've brought her in to be boarded you always handled her with a firm patience that Daisy seems to understand easily.

I am new to the area and took my mini schnauzer, Levi, for grooming. Levi had a huge smile on his face the moment we walked in which told me he felt safe there. Jodi did an amazing job! Possibly the best kept secret on the West Sound! Kim operates a top notch kennel and grooming service. She lives on the premises and there is an amazing vet just down the street in case of an emergency. We live on Bainbridge Island and drive 55 miles each way because she is worth it. Sometimes our dog and cat are there for three weeks at a time and when we pick them up it is as if they have been there only a couple of hours. They stay very relaxed throughout their entire stay. The kennels are cleaned daily. Kim will even send you a photo or two of their happy faces while you're away.

After recently moving back to Gig Harbor since living on the "other side of the bridge" for 3+ years I brought my two boys (Norwich Terriers) back in for grooming. They still do a FANTASTIC JOB!!! The boys look and smell great and we left very happy!! Thank you & keep up the great work!!!

My family and I are free to relax when we travel knowing the furry half of our family that isn't able to come with us is being taken care of extremely well. Kimberly and everyone there takes care of the animals as if they were their own. We LOVE this place. I can not give them enough stars or say how truly happy we are that we found them!

Kimberly is an amazing groomer and always does a wonderful job on my three dogs. They always receive compliments for looking amazingly great. This is also a very clean and beautiful boarding facility that is attached to her grooming studio so the dogs are near her all day. The dogs also get to walk around and have free time in the perimeter which gives me peace of mind that they are not in the kennel 24/7. My experience here has been nothing short of excellent.
